這兩句英文歌詞是咩意思?

Although she's dressed up to the nines

And sixes and sevens with you

數字加了 "s",作數字解不通
更新1:

不好意思,仲有少少唔明。歌詞說穿著一身美麗的衣服的是 "she",為何在接著的一句歌詞說 "with you" ?

根據牛津高階英漢雙解字典:

(be) dressed up to the nines 指 穿著講究 very elaborately dressed

at sixes and sevens 指 心情七上八落 in confusion

這兩句都是習語 idiom

至於一開始說 she , 可能是因為想表明所形容的 "你" 是女生。

Hi,

The phrases 'to the nines', or 'to the nine', are used to indicate perfection - the highest standards.

Although she has dressed up to the nines.= Although she has dressed up
so beautifully/ smartly.

"sixes and sevens " means a state of total confusion and disorder, very messy.

The answer to your question is :

Although she has dressed up so beautifully, , everything was so messy with
you.

" sixes" is the plural of " six"
" sevens" is the plural of " seven"

Examples:
There are 7 sixes in the balance.= 6666666
There are two sevens here. = 77

" At sixes and sevens" is an idiom, so it has nothing to do with real numbers.

That's all for now.
:)
See you:)
