L: a choco. chip cookie and a juice box.(it was 100% apple juice, and has NO sugar added) . (i DIDNT eat anything else cause I didnt like what they were serving) (the cookie was about 2 sizes of the chips ahoy kind maybe 3.)
D: normal sized amount of Spagetii(whole wheat, Ragu Sauce(low in sugar and calories) and jalepone peppers. I also ate eggplant(made with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little salt) with some bread(around 70-70 calories)
S: Nature Valley Oats 'N Honey Granola Bar (100% natural)(180 cal, 11 sugars, 0.5 sat fat, and 29g total carbs). I drank water with that.
D: I had a little reduced fat icecream. (about two tablespoons) (flavored with Splenda) and then I decided to eat this other icecream. It has "100 calories" and is NOT flavored with Splenda. I drank water with that.
