On a scale of 1-10, How Healthy Did I Eat Today? ?

B: some cereal(0g trans fat) with skim milk.
L: a choco. chip cookie and a juice box.(it was 100% apple juice, and has NO sugar added) . (i DIDNT eat anything else cause I didnt like what they were serving) (the cookie was about 2 sizes of the chips ahoy kind maybe 3.)
D: normal sized amount of Spagetii(whole wheat, Ragu Sauce(low in sugar and calories) and jalepone peppers. I also ate eggplant(made with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little salt) with some bread(around 70-70 calories)
S: Nature Valley Oats 'N Honey Granola Bar (100% natural)(180 cal, 11 sugars, 0.5 sat fat, and 29g total carbs). I drank water with that.
D: I had a little reduced fat icecream. (about two tablespoons) (flavored with Splenda) and then I decided to eat this other icecream. It has "100 calories" and is NOT flavored with Splenda. I drank water with that.

ice cream is something you should have once a week.
other than that everythings average. cereal is good for breakfast.

people who are saying 8-10 have no idea what they're talking about.

ultmiately just look at the food pyramid, you're not hitting enough on fruits or veggies, you're ignoring poultry, and the fat is the most of what you're getting.

Granola Bars are nothing but glorified candy. Same for most cereals.
Ice Cream....fat.

Probably about 5. Eating fat free and sugar free actually isnt that great for you, no matter what they say.

Basically, this is what you ate today:
B: carbs + dairy
L: carbs + sugar
D: carbs + vegetable (eggplant) + carbs
S: carbs
D: dairy

I would say about a 3. You're doing good for the dairy you're eating. But, you might want to get some protein as well as some fresh fruits and vegetables in there.

I would have added two hard boiled eggs with my breakfast for some added protein. If you had, I would have given you a 10-but without you get a 9.
