1)We use the present vontinuous for things that:
A) are happening at the moment of skeaking.
B) are temporary and happening around now, but maybe not at the moment of speaking.

2)we use the present perfect for experiences that happened some tiome before now.we dont know or dont say when they happened.
we use the past simple if we say exactly when something happened.
