想問下bank of america既online wire transfer

事源我賣野俾一個買家, 但佢身在美國, 錦我就俾我acc佢叫佢入錢之後我先寄喇, 但之後我收到bank of america既receipt, 大致內容如下:
Order Status: APPROVED
Transfer Payments Order Available AVAILABLE
Date Placed 26/10/2008
Order Status TRANSFER CONFIRMED
Transfer Order Number xxxxxxxxxxxx
Billing Information:
Transfer Status: WIRE TRANSFER CONFIRMED
Payment Method Mastercard/Cash

但因為個買家話online banking有error, 令佢入左原本200既入左5100俾我. 問我有冇west union可以俾番錢佢丫妹交學費..

錦我就話我收到receipt喇, 之後bank of america就email左段錦既野俾我喇:

We hereby use this medium to notify you that there is a transaction alert into your account and we are waiting to have the funds send to you as soon as possible. We need to confirm to you with the shipping tracking number of the package to your buyer and once you provide that to us, we will have your account credited with the funds.

但我acc明明冇收到錢...錦我點wire錢俾佢呢?
我又應該點收錢呢?
