Shrimp Paste Chicken Wings
Ingredients and Amount:
Chicken wings 12 taels (1 lb.)
Cornflour 1 tbsp.
Shredded carrot 1 tbsp.
Shredded lettuce 1/4 no. Seasoning:
Shrimp paste 2 tbsp.
Ginger wine 1 tsp.
Sugar 1/2tsp.
Cooking Steps:
1. Wash and dry chicken wings. Add in seasoning and marinate for about half an hour.
2. Heat oil in wok. Sprinkle cornflour on chicken wings and shallow-fat-fry until golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Dish and drain.
3. Place chicken wings on shredded carrot and lettuce. Serve.
