Re : Request for shipdate extension
I am really sorry to report to you that due to the holes appeared in the inner side of the skirt, we have to re-work on the inner part so that there will not be anymore holes in every skirt.
Since the re-work takes 7 days, we regretfully asking for your acceptance on an extension of shipdate till November 3.
We feel terribly sorry to cause you trouble again. Please be ensured that we will not let this problem exists again and we will not request for further extension of shipdate.
