Re: Re-arrangement on monthly statement cut off date
I refer to the captioned matter.
Please be informed that we have re-arranged the statement cut off date on all suppliers with effective from ________(dd/mm/yy). Our new policy on statement cut off date will be refixed on 25th of each month, instead of our past practice at the end of each month. Any purchase orders made after 25th of the current month will be automatically brought forward to the book entries of next month. Hopefully, not much inconvenience will be caused to our business partners.
