Problems of beta decay

In beta deca, mass number remains unchange and atomic number increases by 1. It is becuase of one neutron decay to form a proton, a electron and a neutrino.
Neuton is composed as up quarks and two down quark, proton is composed as two up quarks and a down quark.
How is the decay process?

beta deacy is the decay of a neutron is change into proton, but actually its change is from a down quark to a up quark and release a electron and neutrino.
