We would like to draw to your attention that the Tenancy Agreement signed between XXX Company (The Tenant) and YYY Company (The Premises Owner) is going to expire within one month.

Please kindly be reminded any renewal of Tenancy Agreement should be finished 30 days before the expiry date of existing Tenancy Agreement. Therefore we are now enclosing a Renewal Agreement for your perusal.

Please refer to the Renewal Agreement and kindly note that the tenancy fee of the Premises has been increased to HK$ 20 per square foot, and the tenancy fee includes government rate and management fee as previous agreement.
