測試食物中的澱粉,是用碘液還是”尿糖試紙”?

we should use iodine solution

when we use the dropper to add a few drops into the testtube with the food to be test,
the positive solution is the colour will change to blue-black (dark blue)
the negative solution is that the colour will remain unchange

Clinistix paper is to test the sugar(saccharides) in the food
use to paper to "touch" the food solution to be tested
the positive result is the colour of the paper will change from pink to purple

測試澱粉當然用碘液啦！尿糖紙是驗糖份。
其實自已可以做實驗。把糖水加入碘液，把尿糖紙放入糖水看看效果如何？又將澱粉加入碘液，把澱粉加入尿糖紙看看效果？

當然是用碘液……
尿糖試紙測的是單糖對吧

將碘液滴進樣本中
深藍紫色為正反應代表樣本含較多澱粉
棕色為負反應代表樣本含極少或不含澱粉
