1. "Was there anyone with you", she asked

Not A nor B( They are both wrong.)

She asked you something in the past and now you have to tell your friend(S) what she asked you right?
She asked you (Was there anyone with you)<------------ This is what she asked
YOU. It was " YOU".

1) The correct answer is She asked if I<------- was with anyone there.

2. He was being with me yesterday,I asked.<---- There are some mistakes in this part too.

" He was being with me yesterday."<-------------- You forgot to use quotation marks and this sentence is not so correct.
1) Why would you ask yourself a question?( Look at your second sentence, you will notice that you asked yourself a question in the past.)

2) To tell someone if he was with someone you may simply say
" was he with you yesterday?".
Your sentence should then be changed to as follows:

"Was he with you yesterday", I asked.

The answer to this question is " I asked if he/she had been with him the day before.

Note: You asked a person ( could be a male or female here) if he or she was with him yesterday.

Change " yesterday" to " the day before" and change" was" to " had been" in reported speech.

That's it.

Do learn from your mistakes and good luck with your studies.

Bye for now.
