I have gone to Shamshipo, only can get wholesale for bulky order (at least 50 yards
of each trim), it is too much for me and I don't think the price is really cheap.
How about at China Shenghen ??

Shamshipo is good. Small order can be made at retail price (But not cheap).Shenzhen, China is cheaper but depends on how much trim you need.
Pls also consider the travelling & transportation cost incurred.
