I think your 全文 has a little problem :
whoever is the one who stole my girl from me is a loser.....
If that guy has stolen your girl then he is not a loser.
Unless what you mean is : whoever wants to steal my girl form me will be a loser
In this case the Chinese meaning should be more definite and firm :
她是我的人 !

I would put it as:
Whoever intends to take away my girl friend will surely be a loser because I am just the one for her.
不管誰想撬走我女友都會肯定成為失敗者, 因為我至係佢想要嘅人。
以上文下理推測, she is the one for me, 咁寫係你一廂情願話佢適合你或佢係你嘅 (夢中情人), 但冇話個女仔嘅意願制定唔制, 即係唔代表人地撬佢唔走。
如果掉轉寫 I am just the one for her , 解你至係佢(指個女仔)想要嘅人。個女仔係主導話淨係你先啱佢, 即係冇其他人可以啱佢, 咁寫會合符前句句子之含義話 :
(結果)不管誰想撬走我女友都會肯定成為失敗者!
(理由) 因為我至係佢想要嘅人。

不过对于这么一句单丁来看,可以有以下的解释:

1,因为她是我的唯一(她是我最爱的人)
2,因为她对我来说是最特别的.(我最亲的人,或最亲密的朋友,或最能依赖/依靠的人.)
