* seeing yourself first, what is the most well-known things you did learnt , for example :- an Old Story Book you read and it kept years or some existing Old Exceise Books which have been done by you.
* try to read deeper again; again and again...then
You will be found there were many many things overlooked and it could be beared in your mind.
2 nd. LISTEN
How?
*Well, to start a new podcast [ipod]. A podcast is like a radio show-- but on the internet.

Recorded it all in your podcast, listen about people's life, about slang English, about learning English, about news and ideas.

This is great English listening practice for you-- and its free! Practice listening, learn more tips for speaking, and learn more about them.
*Listen to podcast repeatedly ever with 5 times ..10 times....until you can read it fast, faster...
* with no rush
you can do it, and get success..
