Draw the angle bisector of any two of the triangle, the intersecting point will be the centre of the inscribed circle, radius will be tangent to the sides of the triangle.
To draw angle bisector: Take the vertex of the triangle V as centre draw an arc cutting the two adjacent sides of the triangle at A and B. Then taking A and B as centre successively draw 2 arcs that intersect at P. VP will be the angle bisector.
