心理學---positive evaluation 點解呀?

我一於用Observational learning同埋client-centred approach內有提及evaluation的嚟答你~~
Observationla Learning中，有個Processes of self regulation，呢個processes包括(1) Self-observation、(2) Judgement process，同埋(3) Self-response / evaluation process。
在Evalution的過程中，根據client-centred approach，一個人會針對特定的關係和問題 (specific concerns and issues)作出檢討，而其目的在於促進對活動的理解，以及在一特定環境狀態和多種觀點與角度下他們所得到的評估 (foster understanding of activities, and how they are valued in a given setting and from a variety of perspectives)。Evaluate後，他們或會因此而滿足及自糟(satisfied and pride)，或會因此而不滿及批評 (dissatisfied and criticize)。
Positive evaluation，簡單嚟講，就即係對別人或對自己的一種正面檢討與評價，例子包括了讚賞 (appraisal)、肯定 (affirmation)等。Positive evaluation無論是對自己還是對別人，經常都會引起satisfaction同埋pride，有助增加self-efficacy，從而對一個人的努力 (effort)、堅持 (persistency) 與情緒 (emotion)有正面影響。
