Actually we received the payment from your company on 14th. However, we found that the payment amount was different from the invoice amount. Please advise whether your payment is the net amount after deducting the commission.

建議： 不要只寫14號，應寫明年份月份，如十月就寫 14th October, 2008.

其實在14號已經收到貴司的款項，但是和發票不符，該款項是否已經扣減佣金。
