You can go to your menu inside your monitor, go to color control.

You will see the setting of Green, Red, and Blue color. Set the Green color back to same as Red and Blue color.

Go to meau inside your computer, select auto-adjust.
If fail, go to Control Panel -> Display setting -> Monitor -> Advanced setting -> display card to adjust color control, select Red, Green, Blue as the same value. Or use the driver to do self-test to do display configuration.
