你所問ge問題包含左3個要素，我將佢地拆開3 parts試試解釋。

首先，兩個Tense ge基本分別用法：
(1) 現在式 Simple Present Tense
::::::::用法：主詞 + do, does + not + V (inf) 原使動詞::::::::
1.<簡單現在式>表示現在發生的事件和動作，或存在的事實／存在狀態，以及想法，情感，能力或特徵。
e.g. He plays football. (現在發生的動作)
e.g. He is my uncle. (存在的事實)
2.<簡單現在式>表示經常性或習慣動作,常與every day,often,always,usually,sometimes等<頻率副詞>連用。
e.g. She often reads books after school.
(2) 現在進行式 Present Continous Tense
::::::::用法：主詞 + am,is,are + (not) Present Participle 現在分詞(ing form)::::::::
1.<現在進行式>表示此刻或現階段正在進行的動作,中文一般用正在...或...著表示。
2.<現在進行式>表示說話時正在進行的動作,常與now,at present等<副詞>或<片語>連用。
e.g. Your father is working now.
e.g. You are studying.
e.g. I am typing.

第二，問句的用法：問句通常由動詞倒裝寫成，即把助動詞（auxiliary）移到主語前面。
(1) 現在式 Simple Present Tense
Do/ does + verb (present tense)
e.g. (I dance) Do you dance?
(2) 現在進行式 Present Continous Tense
e.g. (He is doing homework.) Is he doing homework?

What sport does he play? He plays football. (現在發生的動作)
When does she read books? She often reads books after school. (經常性或習慣動作)

1) When is the shop opening?? 語意不通。
is opeing係現在進行式，未開緊門囉，仲問幾時。
如果你想問間舖幾時開門可以問：
現在式：(因為係事實）
When do the shop open? When do the shop start business?
將來式：
When will the shop open? When will the shop start business?
意思會變成：間舖聽日幾時開?
或者會變左係：間舖幾時開張?

2) Where are you staying ?? 應該用現在式才對。
are staying係現在進行式，意思就會係依家留緊係邊。怪怪的。
如果係問緊存在的事實／存在狀態，應該係問：
Where do you stay?
3) What time does it leave?
依句問題用現在式，個意思就會變成it係慣性會係一個時間離開。有些情況係合理的，例如：
a) What time does Miss Wong leave the shcool?
b) What time does the shuttle bus leave?
要睇下你ge句子入面it係指咩野喎！你自己再想想。

Does同Do都係係現在式ge問題度用ge。佢地ge分別就係：
I/ You/ We/ They用Do
He/ She/ It用Does

5) 如果A問B測驗係係幾時考,咁係用
When is the test starting
定 When does the test start呢
兩個都錯啦。個測驗係未發生ge事，應該用被動的將來式：
When will the test be held?
