- Global surface temperature increased 0.74°C (0.32 °F) during the past 100 years as of 2005. Not much, but still a change.

- Scientists predict that temperatures will rise another 1.1 to 2.4°C (2.0 to 4.4 °F) over the next 100 years.

- Over the last 40 years CO2 levels have increased from about 320 parts per million to about 370 parts per million.

- CO2 and CH4 have increased by 31% and 149% since the industrial age

- Although this is a VERY rough estimate with sketchy evidence; scientists believe that CO2 levels are the highest in 650,000 years.

- About 75% of global warming is believed to be caused by burning fossil fuels and the rest is because of livestock, deforestation, and other problems. However, this fluctuates greatly depending on the scientist.

- Some scientists believe that global warming is the result of an increase in solar radiation.

<Global surface temperature increased 0.74°C (0.32 °F) during the past 100 years as of 2005. Not much, but still a change.>

The change doesn't matter so much, the RATE of change does. It has gotten warmer, quicker, than ever before.

<Some scientists believe that global warming is the result of an increase in solar radiation.>

Mainly scientists who don't actually have any evidence to support this, or scientists of other disciplines such as ecologists.

100% of the "hockey stick" graphs are based on flawed statistics.

When random data was installed into the "hockey stick" statistical model, it returned a "hockey stick" graph better than 90% of the time.

0% of the thermometers that existed 100 years ago could measure 1/10th of a degree accurately.

100% of the people who question AGW theory are called "deniers" by AGW true believers.

Sure. The "warmest year" out of the last 100 was 10 years ago.
