Now TV STB 可唔可以駁2.5吋harddisk錄影高清?

I brought a 250GB harddisk of Fujitsu and tried to connect to Now TV STB. But it cannot deduct the drive.

I will never works unless you buy a seperate power supply for your hard drive.I get this info from Now TV hotline a month ago, the operator says and I quote "Any storage device with requires our Set Top Box to supply power will not be working."
At last, he states their company recommands 320Gb as storage, however I am using 500Gb and mine is working really well.
