Hi there,
First of all, I would like to tell you that you mistyped " grammAR".
About your sentences, here they are:)
1) There is a playground near my home.
2) There are many pools for you to choose from.( The word " from" is needed here.)
3)I suggested playing ( gerund ) sports every other Sunday.
( In English grammar, It is a wrong to say " suggest +verb"
or " I suggest you to verb.....".)
Examples:
I suggest that you ( should) see the doctor. <---- Correct
I suggest you to see the doctor. <------- Wrong
I suggest you see the doctor.<------- Correct too in Oral English
I suggest going to the movies. <------Correct
Note:
About the third sentence, you may use either present or past tense.
Let's say you are talking to a person, when you say " I suggest going to the movies.", the listener simply knows that
you are asking him or her to go to the movies.
Also, you may change this sentence to something like
"I suggest that WE ( should) go to the movies.
"WE" = you and that person
" We should go to the movies" is a short clause.
One more thing, if you want to change my example sentences to past tense , all you have to do is change the word" suggest " to " suggested". The verbs in my examples don't have to be changed at all because even you omit the word " should" , it still carries a meaning of " should " in your sentence for the word " suggest" means to suggest or something about suggestions.
Now it comes to your last sentence.
You may rewrite it as follows:
1)It is rather hard for me to decide if an exercise plan is suitable for me.
2)It is rather hard to decide whether an exercise plan is 3)suitable for me or not.
4)It is rather hard for me to decide whether an exercise plan is suitable for me or not.
Note: If you are talking about a specific plan ,you may then
change " an" to "the" or " that".
It is rather hard for me to decide whether THAT(the) exercise plan is suitable for me or not.
That's all.
Good luck!
Ciao
