What is ”bullying”?

Bullying is an act by those in power to intimidate those who present as weak.
Bullying is in the form of verbal, physical and mental abuses, harrassment, discrimination other undesirable behaviours. Unfortunately, bullying exists every where and in every age in history, not just among human beings, but within and without all living things as well.
