香港是一個購物天堂,旅客除了去玩樂之外,就是吃東西。尢其是甜品。可惜香港有很多甜品店舖,不是匯聚一起的,所以我要開一間很大的甜品博物館,匯聚美味的甜品,在館裹可以吃喝玩樂。
首先,在館我會開發更多健康又有益的品牌雪糕味道,例如低脂的雞肉,牛肉,火腿……..味道。
其次,就是啫喱的自助餐,匯集各式各樣的品味, 甚至咸的美道,十分特別。
其三,當然是十分精彩的部之一,是每天下午3 時,在館裹會有導師教授做各式各樣的甜品,也可以品嚐自己的作品,是一件難忘的回憶。
最後, 館裹5時訐會演示雪糕和啫喱的歷史。
博物館的對象是日本客,他們在試食環節後去店舖買一些紀念品和甜品。
博物館會有很多經濟利潤在紀念品,甜品,教學甜品的費用,入場費,而且一連串甜品也會將一元捐贈給兒童基金。再者,我們學習不同甜品的文化,例如吃的方式,甜品的歷史。
做完這份報告後,我更希望香港可以開發這間博物館,也十分快樂學習了不同甜品文化及知識。
