If there is a residual of assets after the winding-up process has been finished, the liquidator will distribute this back to the shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the day of the windin-up Order accordingly to their shareholding ratio. You will be notified by the liquidator by mailing to your last known address and a notice of such distribution will also be announced in the newspapers and in the records in the Companies Registry.
