請大家幫幫忙改正一下我既錯丫....我既英文實在太差啦><

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that I, XXX (I.D. no.XXXXXXXX) would like to authorize MsXXXXXXXX (I.D. no.XXXXXXX) to handle the following matters as show in below on behalf of me.

1.Cancel the流動數據組合 in my plan (monthly fee $38)
2.Renew the contract and change the plan from $95/200minutes to $98/1200minutes.
3.Use the special contract price $ to buy the mobile phone model ( )

Attached herewith please find the copy of my I.D. card for these purposes.

上面個位,請注意,Yours faithfully,係用在你唔知對方姓名.即dear sir/madam時,你用Yours sincerely,係錯的
