Regarding on this incident, that has caused tremandous loss to you, we express our deepest apology.
According to our result of investigation, the bunch of flowers were undamaged when it was still in our shop.
Unfortunately, as the wedding venue were too hot, as the air-conditioner was off. It caused the flowers to wilt within a short period of time.
It was, of course, our mistake for not reminding you in advance of this. But we expected such common sense needed not be reminded.
We are sorry to say that the responbility is yours, accounting for this incident.
As for the problems of the color of the flowers and the gourmet box, it was solely an accident of exchanging two orders. We would refund half the price for compensation.
