LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE(AP & LATERAL VIEWS)
1. The normal lumbar lordosis is decreased, suggestive of muscle spasm.
2. The alignment of the lumbar vertebral bodies is normal with no evidence of subluxation.
3. The lumbar intervertebral disc spaces are also normal with no significant narrowing.
4. The lumbar pedicles and transverse processes are intact.
5. Both sacro-iliac joints are unremarkable.
6. The ocerall bony density is within normal limits.
Impression:
1. Decreased lumbar lordosis, suggestive of muscle spasm.
2. No Significant underlying bony abnormality seen in the lumbar spine.
