Based on the agreement made today in your office, your company has approved the quality of our toy specimen submitted on 14 Oct and endorsement is made on the toy for confirmation. The purchase order of the toy should be within the weight of 90-100g/m2.
As the shipment schedule is tight, our company agrees to separate the order of each item into two shipment for delivery. Please contact with your customer whether the said arrangement of two individual shipment can be accepted on this issue?
