好處:當你不幸遺失了八達通可以立刻cut左佢,防止其他人盜用,(即使你的個人八達通是沒有自動增值功能),可取回八達通內的$
但是普通租用版八達通如果沒有自動增值功能的話,就算遺失了,也不能把八達通內的$取回

You can't, to apply for a student Octopus card, you need to a=be a student. The school would hand out the form to you, then write the student identification no.. The MTR would give those card to school and pass out. Only MTR QUALIFIED schools can apply.
