公司發行股票, 但係double entry入左Dr: Dividend Cr: Cash. 呢個根本就係入錯數, 因為公司發股票集資, double entry係Dr: Cash/Bank Cr: Share Capital (假設issue at par).要改, 你就要Dr: Bank Cr: Debenture Cr: Share Capital.
因為股票及債券係capital item, 而Cash係資產, 所以公司無高估或者低估net profit. 只有收入及支出的轉變才會改動net profit.
資產係debit balance, 即係逢debit asset就代表多左asset, credit就相反. 因為發股集資係公司多左錢, 而公司做左cr: cash, 所以資產係understate.
股票係Owner Equity其中一個項目, 發行股票要Cr: Share Capital去增加公司資本. 但因為公司無Cr: Share Capital, 所以Owner Equity被低估.
