請問我的子宮肌瘤是否一定要儘快做手術,可否遲些做,遲些做有沒有生命危險?

本人45歲,身體狀態良好,有貧血及子宮肌瘤,現有驗血及2次超聲波報告,懇求有心人士給予意見,是否進入更年期狀態,是否一定要做手術?

18/6/06 U/S SCAN PELVIS
The uterus is anteverted and bulky.
Multiple heterogeneous hypoechoic lesions are seen in the uterus
1.Left posterior wall.7.2cm x 7.2cm x6.8cm
2.Right lateral wall,3cm x2.6 cm x2.9cm
3.Anterior wall,1.1cm x0.8cm x1.3cm
4.Anterior wall,1.3cm x0.9cm x1.3cm
5.Right lateral wall of lower uterus,2.1cm x1.9cmx 2.5cm
There are compatible with multiple intramural uterine fibroids.
The endometrial echo is deviated to the right side,but is not thickened.
Both right and left ovaties are obscured.
No abnormal adnexal mass lesion is seen.
The POD is clear.
Urinaty bladder outline is smooth.
No focal intravesical lesion is seen.
The other parts of the pelvis are obscured by bowel shadows.

6/10/08 U/S PELVIS
The Uterus has a lobulated outline.
The dimension is 13.5 x9.7x16.3cm.(TS xAP xLS)
The endometrial thickness is 9mm.
Six fibroids are detected.
1.Two are located at lower posterior wall with sizes of 5.1x5.2x5.5cm and
4.0x2.9x4.3cm
2.Two are located on right side of uterus with size of 3.9x3.9x2.7cm and
3.7x3.7x5.1cm.
3.Two are located at anterior wall with sizes of 1.7x2.3x1.6cm and
2.1x1.7x2.0cm.
No adnexal mass or abnormal fluid collection is detected.
The ovaries are not visualised.
The urinary bladder has a smooth contour and normal mucosal pattern.

Impression:
Six fibroids are noted in the uterus.
The uterus is grossly enlarged.
No other pelvis abnormality is seen.

因為快要覆診,心情很焦急.


在熟睡後,腰酸背痛,特別在腰部及前腹很痛,是否因為肌瘤的影響,但起床後很快什麼痛楚也沒有.
