P(one of the oranges is bad)
= P(BNN) + P(NBN) + P(NNB)
= 3 x 0.04 x (1 - 0.04)2
= 0.110592
(b)
P(at least one of the oranges is bad)
= 1 - P(NNN)
= 1 - (1 - 0.04)3
= 0.115264
