如何解決關節的pakpak聲

本人16歲,平日有跑步.游水.打籃球和羽毛球
應不會因運動不足而造成的筋腱問題,
本人的情況如下,
當維持一個姿勢良久(如坐下做功課數十分鐘),起立時就會pak的一大聲!!
或做掌上壓(已經做好拉筋.熱身運動),開始的數下就會大大聲的pakpak!!
本人想知道問題出在哪,由14~15歲開始出現這問題!
希望各位能給予認真的分析和建議,感謝。

看來你生活的運動量都幾好!關節的發出聲音,不等於你有冇你運動及多少。
現代社會飲食問題常被忽視。就是因營養的關系導致關節的問題。
你認為自已的飲食習慣健康嗎?有均衡的營養嗎?聽起來好似好嚴重!其實如果常有運動的人關節真的是冇大問題。因為運動可刺激關節的骨膠增生,從而令關節潤滑,靈活。但過多亦會造成反效果!這點相信你明的。
看來你可以食些保健產品,例如優質的魚油丸。功效多。吸收快。

You have problem with your shoulder joints and Hip joints. The reason may be caused by accident to joints or it is inborn defect. It is not casued by playing basketball or badminton.

If the "Pak pak" sound from a particular joint, you must have more stretching exercise for that joint.

Although I am older than you and also a badmintion player and have a same
problem with you, I overcome this problem by practicing Yoga and have
more stretching exercise.

However, you are too young to have "pak pak" sound. You better go to see a
doctor and check.

Most of my friend told me that people at 40's will have "pak pak" sound. and I have "pak pak" sound in my 30's after I have some injury to my shoulder and hip.

除左過重而產生壓力, 軟骨磨蝕都有機會架! 要做適當柔軟運動, 以免勞損!

在營養角度, 當然食 Omega 3 DHA & EPA, 除咗增強記憶力, 視力, 消炎同潤滑細胞/關節/皮膚, 特別是去胆固醇, 減低三酸甘油脂, 對強化血管非常有用, 當然對改善內分泌失調非常有效!
