有關網上成交價問題？

NOW the price of many flat is adjusting and even buy and sell
is conforming a big issue of dropping value of flat
whether buy or rent
whether flat owner lease a lot to sell or keep it till the market better
so it will be some unclear factor inside
maybe the flat had drop 20%
it is not good news to property company
they seems to disclose it , will it ?
