Is it legal to dress up as foreign soldiers on the streets of US?

I don't believe there's a U.S. law regarding the wearing of foreign military uniforms.

There is a law against unauthorized persons wearing the uniform of U.S. military personnel.

If you are talking about a Commie Red soldier, it damned well should be illegal.They are scum of the earth.If America doesn't shape up, we will be kissing their boots real soon. The Red soldier is the Face of Governmental Repression. We are supposed to celebrate that?

but as unpatriotic the city San Francisco is

Freedom of expression as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others is not illegal

There is no law against wearing the uniform, clothes are just clothes. Insignia and emblems might be a different matter, but then, if it was illegal, wouldn't Hollywood get in trouble every time they filmed a war movie?
