Well if you divide by a half, it actually doubles the number; its the opposite of 2.

So, when you say divide 30 by 1/2, you actually mean 30 x 2,

So, 30 x 2 = 60,

60 + 10 = 70.

( 30 ÷ ½ ) + 10 = 60 + 10 = 70

With 30 divided by ½ you are asking ‘How many ½ in 30' = 60

Therefore 60 + 10 = 70

30 ÷ 1/2 + 10
= 30 x 2/1 + 10
= 60/1 + 10
= 60 + 10
= 70

so you have 30/1/2 (now when you have a number over a fraction you just make reciprocal of the fraction that is in the denominator, whch means that instead of leaving
30/1/2 it will become 30 x 2/1 which also means 30 x 2 = 60
(reciprocal means that instd of divison it becomes times and the fraction is changed upside down eg 2/3 becomes 3/2 ecc....)
tHen add +10 --->70

IN SHORT: 30/1/2= (30x2)/10=====>70 <---(answer)
