I think the word 'induce' has been wrongly used.

I guess you might mean 'what materials produce magnetic field. If this is the case, then any ferromagnetic materials (iron, cobalt and nickel) can produce magnetic fields after magnetization.

Should you really mean magnetic induction process, then magnetic field can only be induced by a changing electric field, as in the case of eelctromagnetic waves.
