Sorry, I am not trying to be impolite, just thought there's a small problem with the answer of "一蚊猫猫".
Think about the sentences in Eng, they are all "comparative sentence".

Eg: 比任何人都可敬 - More respectable than anyone.

There shouldn't be "verb" in a "comparative sentence", it should be an "adjective" instead.

verb + べき = should + verb

Eg: 憎むべき = Should hate

誰よりも強く。
dare yori mo tsuyo ku

誰よりも尊敬べき。
dare yori mo son kei beki

誰よりも憎むべき。
dare yori niku mu beki
