Your first question is kind of odd to me.
You mean " ????? is important to eating habits?"

" What is important to eating habits" doesn't make sense to me!

I presume you wanted to say something like um.........

"""""""""""" What is so important about eating habits?"""""""
Is there anything else you can think of why eating habits are so important to you?
Why eating habits are important to you? Anything else you may come up with?

Anyway, I am only guessing what you tried to ask with your first question.

anything else "that" you think is important to eating habit? you forget use that...


however i could choice no.2 question. Because it's looks more important and harder to answer it. if use no.2 to do essay, you could get more mark.

no.1 question : middle school level

no.2 question : at least high school level

唔揀第一題唔係因為impolite , 係因為問題太空泛
問卷ge問題唔應該太空泛,所以大多數問題都會有option 揀
只有一至兩條意見題

第一題只係純粹問意見,會令受訪者好難答
第二條set 左一個situation ,受訪者諗ge 範圍細左自然易答d,訪問亦都可以快d同較順利完成,咁亦都會較少受訪者skip 你呢個問題唔答

所以,我提議用第二條

I think the second one is better because your interviewees will be more willing to give you an answer. (people may not bother to give you an answer if you use the first one)
