I have two versions for you, please feel free to pick either one.

Version one:

I don't think Macow is a very safe place.

( In English grammar, you do not say things like" I think this is not a safe place". It is because " I think" is positive while " this is not a safe place" is negative.
I put " I don't think" ( negative) in the front to follow the rules of grammar.
These are the rules.

Positive + positive , Negative + positive <---- Correct!
negative+negative and positive + negative <===== Wrong!

I have realized that street crimes occur more than any other types of crimes. It is mainly because there are quite a large number of thieves and pickpockets
looking for their targets to steal their belongings such as their handbags,
purses, mobile phones and so forth in many many dense areas .


I strongly think we really must lock up before we go to bed in order to lessen the probability of any
burglaries being committed.

Here comes my version two:
I don't think Macow is a very safe place.

I notice that there are more crimes being committed in the streets because lots of thieves and pickpockets are very active outside there and they like to steal
people's properties like wallets, handbags, mobile phones, etc.

If we want to have sweet dreams without worrying about our properties, we
should lock all our doors and windows properly before we hit the sack. In this

way, the probability of being burglarized will be reduced.

A pickpocket is a theif who picks pockets.
Pocket-picking is the act of the crime.

The word" CRIMES " in 007's sentence doesn't match the word" pickpockets"( about the thieves,not a kind of crime).

I suppose Macau is not a very safe place.

I get an impression that there are quite a lot of crimes on the streets where people usually steal from others things like purses, handbags and mobile phones etc.

I think it is better for us to lock the windows and doors before we go to bed to reduce the chance of burglary.
