我撞崩左隻牙..冇左3分之2既門牙..唔知點好呀..你地幫幫我呀!!

你嘅牙醫所指的牙套是不是「活動牙套」或「固定牙套」呢?

1. 活動牙套 : 牙套上做兩隻假牙, 假牙兩邊再有金屬線用來"cool"住假牙兩邊的真牙來固定位置, 可以拆下來清潔的, 多數老人家都用這款假牙牙套的。

2. 固定牙套 : 就是牙套上做四隻假牙, 中間兩隻假牙是實心的, 左右兩邊是空心的, 首先要將崩牙兩邊的真牙磨細, 再將假牙空心的牙套套上去, 又稱為「搭牙橋」, 不過左右兩邊的正常牙齒也會受牽連; 價錢方面大約要幾千元, 比活動牙套為貴。

以上兩種牙套都可以幫你修復外觀, 但以後進食唔夠力要就住, 始終很不方便啊! 如果你屋企經濟負担得起的話, 其實你可以考慮植牙。

植牙 : 簡單的說，人工植牙手術，是把植體（人工牙根），放在牙床骨中的位置上，人工牙根植入後，經過一段癒合的時間，便可裝上假牙, 咀嚼能力如同真牙一樣。 不過收費很昂貴, 我自己兩年前植了一隻大牙要兩萬幾元呀!

There are few options to choose. Of course seek advice from your dentist. If the tooth is savable, try to save it! If the pulp is involved, see if root canal therapy can be of one option. Then a crown is indicated. If the tooth is unsavable, then a fake tooth is indicated after extraction of the tooth. Discuss the treatment options with your dentist & choose the best one that suits you.

By the way, just give you information. The government dental service will only perform treatment for emergency care, eg. pain relieve, extraction, etc. They won't make a prosthesis for you unless you are civil servants or their dependants.

我有個同事都係因為打波而令門牙落脫，他也是用形套的，我有次問佢點解唔"雙"番隻牙，佢話要成八千蚊一隻，因為佢無錢，所以一直用牙套。所以我估你都都可以"雙"番兩隻假牙的，但價錢可能幾貴。或者你試下去政府牙科診所排期整呀，可能平好多架。
