臨約中有一項是THE SAID PREMISES IS SOLD TO THE PURCHASER ON"AS IS " BASIS該樓宇是以現狀售予買方.成交日前通常都驗一次樓,如發現真的發生幅牆穿了個窿,或者個廁所水浸兼爆水喉,係咪可以用來踢契???(當然意思是簽約時冇上述的情況,之後發生了)
另外,如果在驗樓時發現唔見哂屋內的冷氣機.係咪可以用THE SAID PREMISES IS SOLD TO THE PURCHASER ON"AS IS " BASIS來踢契??
