我想問點樣可以減左盆骨附近個2舊肉???
仲有我想問點樣可以減左下腹d肥肉?但我上腹有2舊肌肉,好怪
我同埋想問,如果我想減磅,又想健身,咁應該點做?,
我發現自己減唔到磅,我有keep住運動同均衡飲食

There is NO known exercise can spot reduction, we all have to do the cardio exercise to burn our body fat, the most common cardio exercises are: running, swimming, elliptical, step aerobic, spinning.


我同埋想問,如果我想減磅,又想健身,咁應該點做?,
It's so hard to focus on both, try to focus on lose weight, then move on to the other.

There are several possiblitly:


Your body fat % is already low, so your body want to hold on the remain body fat to protect the orgains. You can add more calories on your training day, it may send the message to your body that no need to keep the body fat.

Body get used to the exercise routine, you have to add more intensity or varieties to your training, your body will get shock and lose weight.

keep a food journal, so you will know exactly how many calories you eat. You need good quality and quantity food, remember every bite count.

我由細到大都唔肥,我媽見到我一直咁瘦,就叫我係升中學的期間食多D野,令到我下身越來越肥,肚都慢慢有左個小肚腩!一直都唔覺得有咩野問題!
但當我顧問,幫我測下脂肪的時候,就覺得奇怪,點解自己脂肪,會超標?
唉!無奈之下!只好減重,減脂肪!
我是用左一個健康的方法!代餐,聽人講,代餐,是最好!?
再測的時候,可以減左好多!
兩個月時間全身減左11.75吋,減左10.12磅,有機會分享我的前相你看?
