If you think the homeworks are too difficult, you should do more exercises to acquire more knowledge by being familiar with the questions. You may also go to tutoring, where the tutor could answer your questions and help you to solve the problems that you don't understand.
In order to pass the dictations, you should revise the materials you learned. Read through your notes and homeworks, and most importantly, you have to pay attention during the class. If you are trying to memorize the vocabularies, try to form sentences with those words. This could give you a better understanding of the vocabularies and it would be much easier for you to memorize them.

So...I have found some mistakes from your passage.First,we seldom use'Why' in the letter unless you really want to ask some questions about that person.You just need to give your suggestions only.Asking'Why' is not necessary.Another thing you need to pay attention is your word spelling.Vocabulary is very important in an article that you write,not only for letter.So.don't ignore it.Wide reading will increase your vocabulary.That's my advice.
