1.They (respectively)are teacher and student(他們分別是老師和學生)

The adverb respectively describes the verb are.

Correct:They respectively are teacher and student. -respectively before are
They are respectively teacher and student. - respectively behind are
They are teacher and student respectively. - respectively at the end of sentence
Respectively they are teacher and student. - respectively at the beginning of sentence

Wrong: They are teacher respectively and student.
They are teacher and respectively student.

2.(Actually),he is (very) helpful (事實上，他非常樂於助人)

Very describes the adjective helpful. Very can only be before helpful.
Actually describes the verb is.

Correct:Actually, he is very helpful.- actually at the beginning,
He is very helpful actually. - actually at the end
He actually is very helpful.- actually before is
He is actually very helpful. - actually behind is

Wrong: Any other way is wrong.
