I am writing to express my biggest wish to study in the Music Faculty. Since I was a kid I started to have strong interest in music, and I attended courses for piano, clarinet, vocal music and music theory. I also joined the school choir every year.
As of now I have obtained Certificates issued by the Associated Board Of The Royal School Of Music for Piano Grade 8, Music Theory Grade 8 and Clarinet Grade 4. Since I was in primary school, I started to participate in various competition, and awarded Championship in both English Group and Chinese Group at the Singing Contest organized by the Hong Kong School Music Festival.
I see music as a mean of communication beyond border of languages. It can fully express one’s feeling and thinking. Even if peoples of different kinds do not have a common language, they can open their hearts to other people through music. Therefore my objective is to be an outstanding music performer and I also hope that I can express the wonder of music to people all around the world and let more people to be able to approach music. Additionally I want to be a successful music teacher and lead the younger generation to understand music, so as to nurture more successful musician. Musicians in Hong Kong are trying very hard to promote people’s interest in music, and I want to be a part of them so that more people can start to love music.
Despite the fact that I have obtained various certificates and awards, I fully understand that there is still a whole new world of music knowledge for me to explore and learn. Therefore I strongly wish that I can be admitted into the University to learn more about music, and learn to experience the magic of music. I sincerely promise that if I am admitted to the Music Faculty, I will do my best to learn the music knowledge and practice my performing skills.

festival English group and Chinese group which competed all obtains
the champion.

The music is one cross language communication method, it can
thoroughly person's mood, human's idea express, even if between person
and person common language, but they still could to the music open
heart. Therefore my wish becomes outstanding exponent , I hoped can
know the music this wonderful thing transmission for the world each
person, command more people contact the music. I hoped becomes a
successful music educationalist, the education next generation
understanding music, the cultivation more successes musician. The Hong
Kong music world public figure continuously sparely no effort promotes
the music, I also want to become individual contribution, command more
people fall in love with the music.

Although I test all kinds certificate, obtains all kinds award item,
but also has innumerably is I wants to inquire into about the music
knowledge, therefore heartfeltly hoped I can enter the university to
study many about the music knowledge, attentively feels the music. I
guaranteed so long as I can enter read the university music
department, I can spell diligently study completely with all one's
strength with the practice.
