如何用DCPIP比較維生素C的濃度?(20點)

方法:
將d少許檸檬茶放落支test tube到,then將 DCPIP solution 逐滴逐滴drop落去d檸檬茶(test tube)到,並記錄低數量(幾多滴),然後shake GENTLY(千萬唔好shake ViGoRoUsILY)

結果:
d檸檬茶會變colourless

結論:
落最少DCPIP sloution 就變colourless ge 檸檬茶,佢既唔記得咩濃度就最高,相反落最多DCPIP sloution 就變colourless ge 檸檬茶,佢既唔記得咩濃度就最低

個實驗大概係咁,因為係自己回憶番上年份Handouts的資料的,所以可能有所錯漏。敬希原諒,不吝賜教

Method

1. add 2cm3 of DCPIP solution to a test tube.

2. use a syringe to add 0.1% vitamin C solution drop by drop into the DCPIP solu7tion until it is decolourised.

3. add same amount of water to 2cm3 of DCPIP solution.

Result

We can test for the presence of vitamin C by using DCPIP solution. It is a blue dye which becomes colourless when vitamin C is present.
