Please kindly see the above named patient who is suffering from Early Keratoconus. VA RE 6/9 with -600/-075 x 70, LE 6/30 with -900/-400 x 180. Retinoscopy showed scissoring reflexes. Ophthalmic exam otherwise unremarkable.

病人發現有早期圓錐角膜
右眼視力6/9 (正常係6/6, 後邊數字愈大表示視力愈差)
度數係600近視75散光, 散光軸70
左眼視力6/30
度數900近視400散光180軸
(散光度數上升係圓錐角膜其中一個病徵)

眼底燈有剪刀狀移動
(眼底燈分「順動」, 「逆動」同「中和」
剪刀狀移動就係「順」同「逆」同時出現
代表眼睛光學系統不平均
都係圓錐角膜其中一種病徵)
