倉鼠的食物
能吃
例: 飼料,花生,蘋果,葡萄,蘿蔔,牛奶(不能飲太),
不能吃
例: 蔥, 洋蔥, 生薑, 咖啡, 茶, 朱古力, (太熱太冷的東西)

需要準備的各種用具
Cages 木糠, 屋子.洗澡的沙, 便盆, 裝飼料的碗, 給水器, 滾輪, TOYS, 指甲刀, 磨牙器


清潔工作(Every day)
1)we should do some simple cleaning of the cages.
a)Throw away the remain food and wash the bowl. Remember to keep the bowl dry after washing. Replace the food for hamsters.
b)Do not keep the remain water in the bottle. Remember to brush the bottle, especially the hole of the bottle.
c)清出軟木屑, 再放入新的, 而且要檢查窩裡是否有食物
d)Change the sand in the便盆,now put a little part of sand that have 便便. 倉鼠 will smell and go to the toliet there.

Every month
a)move the hamster safely to another box
b)take all the things from the cage .USE WATER to wash the cage,look clearly in the cage have便便 or not,put into the water.then shine it under the sun.
c)put all the things into the water,shine them.
D)put all the things that has washes into the cages





訓練
親近倉鼠
**第一天 ======= 不要touch 倉鼠
第二~三天 ======= 在籠子外面透過鐵網餵食飼料
第四~五天 ======= 親自用手在籠子內餵食
一週後 ======= 將倉鼠放在手心上温柔地撫摸
二週後 ======= 每天陪倉鼠玩一小時左右

抱的方法
a)令倉鼠爬到手心上,輕輕地托起來.
b)將倉鼠用雙手環抱起來

修剪指甲
6個月到1年幫倉鼠修剪指甲
指甲尖端是白色,尾端靠根部有血管的地方帶一粉紅色,剪的地方是白色

倉鼠的疾病
1濕尾巴 – 突然嚴重地拉肚子
治療方法:
i) 首先不可以餵食含有水分的食物, 而且要盡快送醫
ii)因為會感染給其他倉鼠, 一定要隔離開來
2)頰囊潰爛 – 忘記食掉儲存在頰囊內的食物, 而導致食物腐爛, 脖子會因長瘤或化膿而腫起來
治療方法: 睇獸醫
3)中暑 – prevent sunshine
4)蝨子 – 導致skin disease
治療方法: 服用或注射抵抗蝨子的藥來治療
預防方法: 保持籠子內政部清潔, 維持乾燥
